General manager for the Regulatory Council for Sherry, who is
arguably one of the foremost authorities on Sherry in Spain. César
Saldaña will take you through a tasting of 8-10 different
styles of Sherry, from bone dry to exquisitely sweet. Chef Chris
Wittaker of Zin
Restaurant has created gourmet canapés to inspire the
pairing of new world food with old world wines. Please join us
